If you are booking more than 3 rooms, please e-mail info@thepineola.com to complete group booking!
If you are booking under a wedding block group, you should have been given a URL to book with.
PAYMENT POLICY:
A deposit equivalent to the first night's stay is due to hold a room.
The remainder of your balance will be pulled from your on-file card 7 days prior to check-in.
We are a cashless lodge and only accept payment through credit and debit cards.
It has sadly been brought to our attention that there is a SCAM with "bookonline.com"
that some of our guests have fallen prey to. Please do NOT book through that website!
